Sally L. Bond is the Survey Consultant for the Center for Inclusive Computing’s Data Collection Portal. Since 1999, she has been an independent consultant with The Program Evaluation Group, LLC. In that capacity, she continues to serve as an Extension Services Consultant with the National Center for Women and Information Technology and as the external evaluator for Break Through Tech. Sally earned a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her specialties include research and evaluation design, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, and evaluation capacity building.
